Terms of Service

Quotes and pricing

Every quote is based on a free in-person walk-through of your space. The price we give you is the price on the invoice. No hidden fees, no upsells after we arrive. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the scope of work changes significantly (e.g., you add a room or change the service type).

Cancellations

We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a clean. If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled visit, we charge a $50 late cancellation fee. This covers the time our cleaner set aside for your home. We understand emergencies happen. If something comes up last-minute, call us and we will work with you.

Our re-clean guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of a clean, tell us within 24 hours. We will come back and address the specific areas at no charge. We want you to be happy with every visit, and this guarantee is how we stand behind our work.

No contracts

There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your recurring service at any time with 30 days notice. We earn every visit. If you want to stop, pause, or change frequency, just tell us.

Access to your home

You do not need to be home during a clean. If you provide a key, lockbox code, or other entry method, we treat it with the same care we would want for our own homes. We never share access details with anyone outside our cleaning team.

Insurance and damage

We are fully insured and WSIB cleared. If we damage something in your home, we take responsibility. We will either repair it, replace it, or compensate you for it. Please report any damage within 48 hours of the clean so we can address it promptly.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of service or within 48 hours by e-transfer. We accept e-transfer and cash. Invoices are sent after each clean. For recurring clients, we can arrange a regular billing schedule.
