The basics

What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Quotes: all prices given after a free walk-through are guaranteed for 30 days unless the scope of work materially changes.

Cancellation: please give us 24 hours notice for any cancellation. We charge a $50 fee for cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled clean (helps us cover the booked cleaner's time).

Re-clean guarantee: if you are not happy with any part of a clean, tell us within 24 hours. We come back and fix the missed areas at no charge.

Damage: we are fully insured and bonded. If we damage something, we replace or repair it. Period.

Photos: we may photograph before/after of your space for our records. We will never publish or share those photos publicly without your written permission.
