Why don’t you publish prices on the website?
Because every home is different. A 1,400 square foot bungalow with two cats and a quarterly deep clean is not the same as a 3,500 square foot family home with a weekly schedule. The honest way to give you the right price is to come and see your space first. So that is what we do.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Fully insured, bonded, and WSIB cleared. Certificates available on request before your first booking.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours. We come back and fix the missed spots at no charge. That is the promise.
How fast will you respond to my form?
Inside business hours (Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm), under two hours. After hours, first thing the next morning.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Eco-friendly products, all the equipment, ready to go. If you have particular products you would prefer we use, we will.
