Linens, on-site or off-site

We handle laundry however you prefer. On-site washer and dryer? We run cycles during the clean. Off-site service? We collect dirty linens, swap fresh, and rotate weekly. Either way: fresh sheets and towels every turnover, the way hospitality is supposed to feel.

Weekend, same-day, tight windows

Most Airbnb turnovers happen on weekends. We schedule a weekly Airbnb route across Hamilton and Stoney Creek so weekend slots are reserved for hosts. Tight check-in windows (11am turnover for noon check-in) are common; tell us the booking window and we plan the route around it.

Restocking essentials

Toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towel, coffee pods if you provide them. We keep a checklist per property and flag you when stock is running low so you never run out mid-month.
