What is the difference between a move-out clean and a deep clean?
A move-out clean covers everything a deep clean does, plus the details landlords and property managers check: inside cabinets, closet shelving, light fixture covers, behind and under appliances. The goal is inspection-ready.
Do you clean after renovations or construction?
Yes. Post-construction cleanup is its own process: dust on every surface including inside vents, fine drywall powder on floors, paint overspray on glass. We quote based on the scope after seeing the site.
How are move-out cleans priced?
Flat rate based on square footage and scope. We quote after a walk-through or detailed photos. No hourly billing, no surprise charges at the end.

Coordinated with your stager and photographer. We aim for two days before photos so the home is photo-ready, not just inspection-ready. Repeat for showings if the listing runs long.

We bring HEPA vacuums, microfibre by the dozen, and the patience for a slow careful sweep. Multiple passes on horizontal surfaces because dust resettles. Same-week availability when needed.
