Are you experienced with senior clients?
Yes. A meaningful portion of our regular clients are seniors. We have a default approach: walk through first, light cleaning by default, eco products, never moving anything without permission, and the consistent quality every visit.
What if I do not feel comfortable having someone in my home alone?
We never expect you to be alone with the cleaner if it is uncomfortable. A family member can be present at every visit if you prefer. Or we can schedule cleans for times when you have visitors. Whatever puts you at ease.
Can my daughter book and pay for the cleans on my behalf?
Absolutely. Many of our senior cleans are billed to an adult child while the schedule is coordinated with the parent. We send updates to whoever is paying without making the parent feel managed.
